Stanoplex – Contractions and Effects

Stanoplex is Stanozolol, which is a synthetic steroid. This has a prominent use for the treatment of hereditary angioedema. Stanoplex is known for reducing bradykinin production in the body, which may be blamed for a certain COVID19 related complications.

Stanoplex is the form of Stanozolol, an anabolic-androgenic steroid. It is a medication derived from dihydrotestosterone or DHT. It had been developed by American company Winthrop laboratories in 1962. It is an oral component for humans, and as a veterinary medication, injection is prescribed for animals. The chemistry for the component stands as 17-Alpha-methyl-2’H-androst-2-eno with an alteration to the methyl group of C17-alpha position with a pyrazole ring bonded to the A-ring of steroid nucleus.

This is considered as a Schedule III drug in the USA with higher bioavailability through liver. Hence, the hepatic problems should be checked on prior to and after consuming the component.

Uses

The doses of Stanoplex are almost the same as Stanozolol, which stands as 2mg oral doses for 3-times a day. For about 2 to 3 months, one needs to maintain the dosage of 2mg/day.
